6. We will perform demonstrations of the K-Pod at time of rental at our Studio.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS AND FEES:

1. $150.00 per rental agreement for upto 3 days usage of the K-Pod.

2. $350.00 Security Deposit(CASH ONLY).

3. Must Provide ORIGINAL Alien´s Registration Card(aka GREEN CARD) or U.S. Passport and will be kept upon the return of the rental. NO EXPEPTIONS.

4. Finger Print.

5. Rental Fee(s) will be collect upon the return of the rental.

6. Rental available for local residents of Long Beach, Los Angeles and Orange County ONLY!...and all others are Case by Case.

CREDITS:

1. If purchase is made within 14 days of rental, iCam Entertainment will credit upto $150 toward the purchase of the K-Pod.

2. iCam Entertainment reserve the right to change its CREDIT POLICY without prior notice.

RETURN RENTAL WITH MISSING ACCESSORIES OR DAMAGED PARTS:

1. THE K-POD UPTO $800.00 due to negligence.

2. REMOTE CONTROL $50.00

3. A/V CABLE $25.00

4. SONGBOOKS LIBRARY $50.00 EACH

5. REMOVAL OF SCREWS, PANELS, ETC...$100 if determination of such is removed.
