30 days return policy with "Full Refund" with "Original Packing".

Full Refund is subject to 15% "Re-Stocking Fees" and less S+H costs.

WARRANTY:

ALL K-POD is with one(1) year warranty from date of purchase and 90 days WARRANTY for REMOTE(S). 90 Days Warranty on ALL MICROPHONES from AUDIO PILOT. From the date of original purchase and for the respective periods specified, iCam Entertainment agrees to repair, at its sole expense(less S+H costs), all iCam Entertainment products directly from iCam Entertainment, which are defective in material and/or workmanship.

ATTENTION:

Warranty is void if Hard Disk Drive(HDD) and K-Pod serial numbers are altered and removal of panels and seals. Warranty is also void if purchase from Unauthorized dealers, damaged caused by accident, fire, flood, or other water damage, lightning or other acts of Gods, abuse, misuse, negligence or failure to observe the instructions contained in the manual furnished at time of purchase.
